If you've found your way to this page, you have successfully completed the BWR Operator Certification Process.

To receive your Reactor Operator or Senior Reactor Operator certificate (depending on your examination scores), proceed as follows:

• Mail a payment of $5 plus $5 mailing fee (total of $10 US dollars by check or money order) to the following address:

• Provide all of the following information with your order:

1. The Serial Number appearing on the BWR Certification page within the program.

2. The time and date you certified.

3. Your name as you want it to appear on the certificate.

4. Your mailing address.

5. Your Email address.

• When the payment is received, we will mail the certificate by first class mail.
